The primary drop off site for the Washington County Recycling Association is located on the east side of Blair at the corner of 3rd & Colfax. The main access is from Grant Street just south & east of No-Frills Supermarket and south & west of Pamida. The Center is open to the public every Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and noon.

The center is open to businesses on Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. April to October and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. November to February." [Location & Map]

The Center also supports remote collection areas throughout the county. Materials are collected at these locations and then transported to the Center:
