The Washington County Recycling Association is pleased to offer five $1,000.00 one time scholarships to high school seniors residing in Washington County. They must volunteer 30 hours at the center (those students volunteering more than 30 hours may be given additional consideration), and the cum GPA of at least 2.5.  The first scholarship will be awarded April 2012.
